Pre-order

We usually have to submit our requirements to our partners 6-7 months earlier, but we only order a limited amount of everything.
so when the products are released, they may run out quickly.
Starting today, however, it is possible to pre-order on our website.

For pre-orders, "In stock (x quantity)" here means that we expect this much of the given product, but since the pre-order is not yet in stock.

What is a pre-order?

You can order products from us that will appear in the future, thus ensuring yourself,
that these products will definitely be part of your collection in the future.
In all cases, the expected appearance of the cars is indicated in the description under the pre-ordered products. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact date, these dates are for information purposes only.

If you ordered both a pre-ordered product and a product in stock at the same time, we will contact you and discuss what and when to deliver to you.

Pre-order process:

1. You select the model or models you like in the pre-order menu.
2. When you have put all models in the basket, you fill in the data and order them.

ATTENTION! Your pre-order only becomes final after payment!

3. As soon as the products arrive at us, we will send them out via the chosen shipping method.

Customer withdrawal:

Our pre-ordered products always contain a 50% deposit. In case of cancellation (email or Facebook chat), 50% of the amount of the pre-ordered product will be refunded.

Seller disclaimer:

If we are unable to fulfill the order due to problems caused by ourselves or the manufacturer, we will refund the total amount of the product to the customer after consultation.
